Our repair story
Sencommunications repairs all major brands of headsets, amplifiers and desk sets in our
state-of-the-art in-house repair center that resides in our 25,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Tampa, FL. Our dedicated technicians have more than 27 years of combined experience and follow a rigorous repair process to ensure the quality of your valued communications equipment. Here are the steps we take to restore your equipment to
better-than-new specifications:
Step One: The receiving team checks in the items to be repaired by the return material authorization, or RMA number.
Step Two: The items are divided by part number and whether they are Sencomm’s, out of or under manufacturer’s warranty.
Step Three: If the items are under a manufacturer’s warranty they are promptly shipped to the manufacturer for repair. If not, our repair technichians determine and fix the problem.
Step Four: The cleaners then perform visual quality control to ensure all parts are in place and the equipment looks like new.
Step Five: The Quality Control team inspects and places a “QC” sticker on the items. Items are then packaged safely and sent to their respective destinations.
The same model sent in for repair will be returned to the customer. Accessories such as voice tubes and ear cushions are replaced for free. All units will normally be shipped from Sencomm within 5-7 working days of receipt and are covered under a 120-day Sencomm warranty.
