How do I start scoring?
To earn rewards through the Restore-n-Score program, you must simply repair a minimum of 25 out-of-warranty corded or wireless headsets, amplifiers or desk sets a year. To get started, fill out the enrollment form that can be found online or in the back of the Sencomm Rewards catalog.
Are there any restrictions on repairs?
Volume price customers are not eligible.
Do I need a Return Material Authorization, or RMA number, to send with my equipment?
Yes. For every repair order you send in, please contact a Sencomm Specialist at 813.654.2993 to receive your RMA number to include with your repairs.
Why do I need an RMA number?
A Return Material Authorization number, or RMA, allows your equipment to be properly tracked to ensure Quality Control throughout the repair process.
What type of warranty is offered?
All headsets and amplifiers are covered under a 120-day Sencomm warranty and phones are covered under a one year Sencomm warranty.
When will I receive my repaired order?
Orders are typically sent out 5-7 working days after their receipt.
